With more than 12 years of experience in public administration and international cultural diplomacy, Zuzana brings extensive institutional expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to connect public sectors and governmental institutions across European and global projects.
As a Senior and General State Counsellor at the Ministry of Culture and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic, she led international projects in cultural cooperation and was actively involved in housing policy and construction legislation. During her career in public institutions, she cooperated mainly with countries of Central and Western Europe and the Middle East, focusing on developing dialogue, sharing expertise, and building long-term partnerships between governments and public organizations.
At the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, she oversaw international communication related to housing policy and construction legislation, while also taking part in governmental agenda and the overall economic and administrative operations of the Office.
Zuzana holds a Master’s degree in History and Civic Education from Comenius University in Bratislava. During her studies, she completed professional internships at the National Gallery of the Slovak Republic, the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic, and the Diplomatic Corps Service Administration of the Slovak Republic, which shaped her interest in international relations and cultural policy.
In recent years, she has focused on the real estate sector, where she applies her diplomatic, legislative, and communication experience to property development and investment projects, combining public-sector precision with a modern, client-oriented approach.
