Citizenship by Investment Program Overview

The St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program was established in 1984, making it the oldest program of its kind in the world. Investors, along with their dependents, can qualify for direct citizenship through investment by making a significant economic contribution to the country.

Conditions

Main Applicant

The main applicant must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• No criminal record or not under investigation

• Pass a due diligence check including background checks and visa history.

• Make a significant economic investment

• Attend a mandatory interview

Eligible Family Members

To qualify as a dependent, applicants must be:

• Spouse of the main applicant

• Children under 18 years of age

• Children aged 18-25 who are financially dependent on the Main Applicant and enrolled as full-time students in a recognized institution.

• Physically or mentally challenged children over 18 years of age.

Investment Options

One of the following investment options may suit you:

1. Non-refundable contributions to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC):

  • • $250,000 single applicant
  • • $300,000 applicant and spouse
  • • $350,000 applicant and up to 3 dependents

For each additional family member:

  • • $50,000 for each minor dependent
  • • $75,000 for each adult dependent

2. A non-refundable contribution of 250,000 USD to a state-approved Public Benefit Option.

3. Real estate investment of at least 400,000 USD or a state-approved development project to be held for a minimum of 7 years.
