US EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program Overview
The EB-5 Visa Program provides a pathway for foreign nationals to obtain US permanent residency, also known as Green Card status, through investment.
Investors can obtain a green card by contributing $1 million to a new or existing commercial enterprise, or approximately $800,000 if the investment is in a targeted employment area (rural areas or areas facing high unemployment). This investment must be liquid, and as lawyers, we do not play any role in directing the source or terms.
