Dilşah Molu

Dilşah Molu completed her secondary education at TED Kayseri College and subsequently graduated with honors from Marmara University Faculty of Law. With experience in both private practice and in-house legal work, she advises companies operating across a range of sectors, particularly digital media, software and retail, and is actively involved in the resolution of private law disputes.
Her practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial law, contract management and dispute resolution. She advises on legal matters arising from companies’ commercial activities and is involved in sector-specific regulatory and compliance processes. Her areas of practice also include competition law, data protection, information technology law, and intellectual and industrial property law. She closely follows the legal implications of digital transformation and emerging business models and seeks to develop her legal approach in line with evolving commercial and technological dynamics.
During her university years, she developed a particular interest in international law and human rights. She served on the International Relations Committee of the Marmara Law Association, and was among the founding members of the Marmara University Women’s Rights Club. She also completed training in Legal English and legal translation, as well as in the translation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. She is fluent in English and has basic proficiency in German.
